Applicable to all devices purchased at ETEK PACK

ETEK PACK is always committed to providing customers with high quality products, with clear and transparent warranty policies and compliance with the manufacturer’s technical standards.

1. Warranty scope

Product warranty is the correction of technical problems or errors caused by the manufacturer during the manufacturing and assembly of the equipment. ETEK PACK performs warranty at the customer’s address (for inner city areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City) or receives warranty at the company’s technical center.

2. Warranty cases

Products will be warranted free of charge if they fully meet the following conditions:

  • The device has a technical problem due to a manufacturer’s fault within the warranty period.
  • The product still has the warranty seal of ETEK PACK or the manufacturer, not torn, blurred, or erased.
  • Serial number/IMEI on the product matches the information on the warranty card/invoice.
  • The product shows no signs of technical interference or repair by a third party.
  • The device is not affected by environmental factors such as fire, explosion, flooding, chemicals, lightning, etc.

3. Cases not covered by warranty

ETEK PACK has the right to refuse free warranty in the following cases:

  • The product is out of warranty or the Warranty Card is lost.
  • Warranty stamp, serial number is torn, peeled, unclear or shows signs of change.
  • The device is damaged due to user error: falling, strong impact, incorrect installation, using the wrong voltage or not following the operating instructions.
  • The product has been technically tampered with or repaired by a unit not authorized by ETEK PACK .
  • Products damaged by insects, rodents, or natural disasters.
  • Consumable accessories such as: power cords, indicator lights, sub-screens, handheld controllers, fuses, bearings, belts, etc. are not covered by the warranty (unless otherwise specified).

4. Chargeable repair service

In cases where the product is not eligible for warranty, ETEK PACK still supports customers with repair services for a fee upon request:

  • You will be informed of the cost before any repairs are made.
  • All replacement parts are supplied from genuine sources.
  • In some special cases, ETEK PACK will refer you to the manufacturer’s technical center for direct support.

5. Warranty time and process

  • Warranty period: Depending on each machine model, warranty information is clearly stated in the contract and warranty card.
  • Warranty processing time: 3-7 working days from the date of receipt (excluding shipping time if applicable).
  • Procedure: Please provide the Warranty Card, product information and description of the defect when submitting a warranty request.
