DELIVERY POLICY

ETEK PACK Company is committed to providing fast, safe and convenient delivery services nationwide, including 63 provinces and Hanoi City. Below are specific regulations on delivery procedures and policies.

1. Scope of application

Delivery policy applies to all customers who order products on the website system, fanpage or through ETEK PACK’s official hotline.

2. Delivery process

  • Once the order is completed and payment is confirmed , the order will be processed and delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • ETEK PACK staff will proactively contact you to confirm delivery information and advise on appropriate shipping methods.
  • Goods will be delivered to the correct address that the customer filled in the order.

3. Delivery time

  • For inner city areas :
    • Orders before 3pm: Delivery within 3 hours of order confirmation.
    • Orders after 3pm: Delivery before 12pm the next day (unless otherwise agreed).
  • For suburban areas and other provinces :
    • Estimated delivery time is 1 to 10 days , depending on address and shipping method.
  • Working and delivery time : 

▸ Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 – 17:00 . 

▸ Orders placed after 10:00 am on Saturday or on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday .

  • Note : Exact delivery time cannot be absolutely guaranteed , due to dependence on weather conditions, traffic and regulations of shipping partners in each area.

4. Special cases

  • If the order has been paid but: 

▸The product is out of stock

▸ The goods do not meet quality standards

▸ There is a problem from the warehouse…

→ ETEK PACK sẽ chủ động liên hệ thông báo cho khách hàng để:

    • Negotiate a new delivery schedule , or
    • Cancel order and refund (refund time from 1 to 5 working days , depending on the bank)
  • If the product the customer receives has a defect from the company (wrong delivery, damaged, missing…): → ETEK PACK commits to exchange for a new product within 1 to 5 working days.
  • If a product is temporarily out of stock , the company will:
    • Ask customers about waiting for goods , or
    • Propose reasonable alternatives .
  • Time to receive feedback on delivery complaints is within 03 days from the date of successful receipt of goods .

5. Shipping method

ETEK PACK cooperates with reputable shipping units such as Giao Hang Nhanh, Viettel Post, J&T Express… to ensure fast, safe and economical delivery process.

  • Shipping fees will be calculated according to the shipping unit’s rate table and clearly displayed before the customer pays.
  • Some free shipping promotions will be applied depending on order value or delivery area (if applicable).
