SHIPPING POLICY

Applicable to customers purchasing at ETEK PACK (etekpackmachine.com)

ETEK PACK supports nationwide delivery through reputable shipping partners.

Delivery to inner city districts of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Delivery to other provinces by express delivery or freight service.
For large orders or equipment that needs installation, ETEK PACK can send a technician along to assist.

Inner city : Free delivery for orders worth 10 million VND or more. Smaller orders will be charged according to the shipping partner’s price list (J&T, GHTK, Viettel Post…).
Suburbs and other provinces/cities : Shipping fee will be calculated according to the actual fee of the shipping unit, based on volume and distance.
Large industrial packaging machines : Transported by specialized trucks, the cost will be specifically notified to the customer before delivery.

ETEK PACK is committed to processing orders promptly after order confirmation and payment (if any). Estimated delivery time is as follows:

Delivery within 24–72 hours depending on area, item type and carrier.
For orders requiring on-site equipment installation, the time will be agreed upon directly when placing the order.

Before delivery, ETEK PACK will contact you to confirm the time and address of delivery.
Please check the product carefully upon receipt (condition of box, seal, accessories).
In case the goods are dented, damaged or wrong products , you have the right to refuse to receive the goods and immediately contact the hotline for support.
If the delivery is not on time as committed and affects your plan, ETEK PACK will take full responsibility (except in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, road closures, etc.).

Bulky machinery may require elevators, forklifts or third party assistance when delivered to higher floors, please notify in advance to arrange.
Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
